Holiday Shopping Guide

It’s starting to be crunch time for holiday shopping… I don’t know about you, but for some reason when I made my personal wish list and shopping list this year, most of the items showed up on both lists. I’ve come to find that some of the best gifts are basic, and while someone might already have another version in their home, who doesn’t want an extra luxurious blanket or comphy sweater to curl up by the fire with? If you keep it simple and classy, you are bound to cut back on returns 🙂

1.  A great candle – Candles always seem boring and redundant, but one in a beautiful jar that smells like heaven is money well spent.

2. Luxurious throw blanket – one can never have too many blankets!

3. Over-sized Chunky Knit Sweater – for both men and women, this is a basic winter staple that will never go out of style

4. Coffee press and a good bag of coffee – for the coffee lovers out there. A coffee press is not necessary, but it is great to have for special occasions and when you have company.

5.  Tray – everyone should have at least two trays in their household for entertaining. They double as both a great serving dish and cute decorative storage for the table or in the kitchen.

However simple this list may be, I hope it adds some inspiration to your wish and gift lists. Happy shopping!

  1. Love your list! I agree with you 1000 percent on the anthro capri blue candle, it is my absolute favorite candle. I usually end up buying one for a friend and one for me;)
